Kosher Salt? - kosher salt instead of sea slat fofr hair
My wife wants to use regular salt instead of kosher salt in a recipe, because we can not find kosher salt. Is there a difference between the two, and what would be the best alternative?

Kosher salt is a salt in general, the more crystals ... well, kosher.
You can replace salt when salt is (like a pretzel), or saline, visible when you are in the kitchen on the plate.
